If you have the following versions of Nuance Dragon Software, you can be eligible of performing these steps to resolve the SDAPI Error occurring with your software – Dragon 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11.
Step 1 – Click on dragon software to open it.
Step 2 – Please click on the dragon bar and click on manage profile.
Step 3 – You will get a list of user profiles out of which you can select the user profile which shows the SDAPI error and then click on the advance button.
Step 4 – This is where you can click on restore. Once you do that, a new profile will be created which would have 1 added at the end of their original name. For instance, if your profile name was xyzzy, the restored profile’s username will be xyzzy1.
